That's a pretty cumbersome solution to replace the upper half of a failed 69kV double-circuit pole. You'd think the linemen were federal employees or something (time to duck and run). Incidentally, the white tower in the back is the Zip Feed mill (yes - that one... December 3rd, 2005)
