An ancient NSP 4kV double circuit heads over the hill and down towards the Falls Park hydro plant. This line was scrapped over 10 years ago - I convinced one of the linemen to let me have a 2' piece of the heavy copper wire. The insulators on this segment were all U-480 Lapp. The extra pole was a decommissioned remnant of a municipal circuit that crossed over this line; the hillside had shifted recently, causing both companies to get all their active primary off the side of this hill.
