Same insulator as I just listed, but this one is a darker aqua color. It also has a surface crack that runs around wire groove and up into dome. It is not a deep crack and ya gotta turn the insulator to see it, but I do not think it is just from annealing. On back dome there are some annealing lines in by the threads.
