North end of the 3rd St. Viaduct in Minot, ND. Just a common ol' NSP 13.8kV line, but one I remember looking at countless times as we passed under it on the way to my grandmother's place. The transformer on the pole in the back is a pretty beefy one - there is an apartment complex behind the trees. If one were to stand in that spot today, one would be standing in several feet of water - in addition to the rail yard downtown, the viaduct crosses over the Souris (Mouse) River.
