These big, bad-boy but highly impressive three-piece porcelain insulators lined both sides of this street (see location below) likely at 69kv. In addition there is some really neat old-school 3-phase 4kv architecture notably along the right, all of which was owned by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
