Heavy Fogger type "bells" in service here, possibly made by Lapp. These insulators are relatively common within the Southern California Edision (SCE) and other municipally-owned systems for subtransmission within the LA Basin vicinity. The line shown was owned by SCE. Photograph taken along Greenville Street near the intersection of West Castor.
