On the back of this circa 1900(ish) power plant, were some spools that needed to be liberated... You can just make them out under the Asbestos enclosure. After a call to the owner, we were given the go ahead to rescue them. One problem, 40 pallets of mulch were blocking our route. He said, " give me a call in June ! " ( that was this past March.."
