It seems this particular style (shown on the "neutral" conductor; the distribution circuit is 2400V delta, believe it or not) was sold to coops for 25kV service - neither Mike Parker (who has documented this type as one of the earlier insulators the Tillamook PUD used on its 25kV system) or I have ever heard of any of these being used on any privately-owned systems.
