GREAT POSTS, JIM !!! Here's my two cents... You are looking at three items, not six. 2 different views of the same insulators (I apologize for my photo.. These are light shades of green and appear a bit more yellow than they really are). To add to the mystery on this topic, here's three light green shades of McLaughlin-62's in the two drip point variation types. There are certainly more shades, such as those which Jim has posted.. Surprisingly, I am starting to think William McLaughlin had MANY CD 252 moulds but yet low production for these.. Still trying to figure out just how many by comparing embossings! In the middle is a tiny SDP version, flanked by two RDP versions. The one on the left is closer in color to the middle than the one on the right. The right appears to be a straight light green whereas the other two could be considered apple greens I suppose. I think Jim is right about the RDP versions.. That the apple green in the RDP version is different; A light shade and not as rich as the SDP apple green version (not shown here). Nice photos, Jim.. This is what makes the hobby fun, yet tedious!
