A few blocks north from the double to single transition, the 41.6kV circuit lands into what was once a major 4kV substation - the 41.6/4kV bay sits bare; the other bay houses the remaining transformer (the newer 41.6/12.5kV transformer). The 115kV line above continues to a newer substation another quarter mile north (and which may well eventually replace this one).
