A 115/57kV sub somewhere in MDU land in western ND. The line loops through the two switches, passes through the main transformer, then passes through what looks to be a voltage regulator before finally passing through the circuit breaker and leaving the sub. It is VERY rare for there to be a voltage regulator on a transmission sub like this.
