Nice H.G. Co. CD 151 EIN [140] embossed front "H.G. CO./ Patd May 2 nd 1893" Rear "Petticoat" . I'm not sure of the color but it looks maybe a green aqua or mint green but whatever it is it appears an unlisted shade. Has sharp drips on both skirts, inner skirt has small clamshell bruise no glass missing and only one partially chipped tooth. Just past right mold line is an upper wire ridge chip.
