Double deadend with switches

I thought this was an interesting double deadend for the fact that the left side uses a single polymer per phase, the other side using two. The spans are of normal length and the switches are the only other pieces hardware on the pole.

If anyone knows the reason for the number of inuslators being doubled on the right side of the pole let me know. I've also got my eye on that poletop bird-style pin "insulator" LOL!!
