This is one of the harder to find Canadian insulators a CD 162 embossed only with "1678" and its in an unlisted Greeny Aqua with some great milk swirls in the dome and a couple stringers down into the skirt. Hard to capture all the milk with the camera. These unfortunately do have drip point damage but this is one of the better ones with two drips missing, and three are chipped and two or three looked chipped but are underpour or drips with holes or malformed.
