Yes, isn't that a really neat pole top fire alarm bracket atop the pole in the foreground ;-) Also note the rooftop structure on the left which also provided electric service. I believe that kind of construction having lots of wires (and insulators!) was frequently seen all around Seattle in some of the older neighborhoods for many years.
