Here is an ISOREX from France that needs a CD number.

It was used on an electric trolley line for holding the overhead wire where contact is made. Originally it had a metal cap on top, and a wire connector attached on the bottom cemented in the threaded double petticoat base. These are not easy to locate and are not considered common.
