Here is host Bill Rohde, removing one of the burlap wrapped pork roasts that slow-cooked for 24 hours over hot coals while buried underground. This dish is a tradition at the Rohde swap. Again, many thanks to the Rohdes for feeding hordes of hungry collectors!
