NOW $50 Shipped Thought this very, very near mints loaded with fizzy bubbled California CD 162 was a plum purple. Discovered it is a very dark SCA accoring to the color chart I use. Anyway, this insulator is the darkest California Purple I've ever had or sold. Like I said it is loaded with fizzy bubbles and it also has a number of assorted sized bubbles in the dome. The dome has about 1 1/4 inches or more glass. There are some deeper straw lines on the right side and bask skirt. The embossing looks like the glass was shifted to the right while still within the mold. A few letters look parly double embossed while others seem to have been squashed. As for a damage report there is a very light scratch near the top of the dome about centered on the embossing on the skirt. On the back side of the dome there are three very light scattered flea bits. On the base there is a shallow flake about the size of a match head. My asking price for this great insulator is $75 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 US States. I will assist other countries and also combine shipping. Be sure to take a look at other insulators I have for sale here at Icon. Anyone notice the over 1 1/4" dome glass this insulator has? I'd also like to say the color is actually much darker looking then this pic would lead to think. Especially out of the bright sunshine. |
