CD 164 Lynchburg with Continuous Drip

Okay, I know it is probably not a real continuous drip, but it looks some what like one. And, it is probably common too. I am a Lynchburg collector and you know what? I do not have another smooth base CD 164 Lynchburg to compare this one to. Anyway, I posted this picture like I promised.
