Unusual Locke insulator U-713. It has incuse marking VICTOR R=oo plus the marking 91071A. The glaze is very pretty mottled speckled rusty brown. Condition is mint except for a couple of tiny flakes on the bottom outer skirt edge. The bottom edge of the skirt is worn a small amount as though it was used for a door stop. There is a rough spot on the back side of the outer skirt where it apparently touch another insulator in the kiln. $30 plus shipping.
