The only damage on it are 3 pin pricks on the lower wire ridge above the "Hemingray", a match head size flake near the base to the left of "Hemingray" (should be visible in the photo) and a pin head size one near the base under "in" and a couple more pin pricks on the sharp ridge of the rim. Overall it's VVNM. Price is now 25.00$ including shipping.
