Closeup of old cans

Two different octagonal cans - these are most likely early Westinghouse transformers. The one in the middle is by a different maker and the yellow label indicates it has the toxic PCB oil in it. Hard to tell if the Westy cans' oil labels are yellow and nearly burnt off or if they had been refilled with non-PCB oil (and which would be indicated with white labels). Cans that never had PCB oil have blue labels.
