Mark Lauckner posted photos of a carnival D-510 with bronze thread insert. Here is a clear one that has been in my collection since 1977. It is also index 110. Mold marks are 0 4 with one dot on the front and 4 on the back. The bronze thimble has a square raised area on top just like Mark's.
