This is the larger California strain insulator, CD 1131. Every quarter has to be described. As you look at the photo you can see a finger nail size chip. On the quarter below it, are two side by side glass flaws. Maybe an open bubble type with a bit of flaking on the edges. One quarter has what appears to be a factory ground spot about 1 1/4" in diameter. The last quarter has a shallow chip about the size of a finger nail. Color is good. Embossing is bold.
