For power insulator collectors, here is the ultimate go-with, a 15,000 volt rated spring link fuse cutout in brown porcelain. I am having a sale on these since I am getting quite a few in stock. The Kearney model, shown in picture is now only $5.00, comes with fuse link element and crossarm mount. Some parts are shipped dis-assembled from the cutout for the ease of shipping all items in one box, but it comes with re-assembly instructions. This is also a very educational 'toy' for a display on power line protection. The fuse link breaks open under an excessive power load. Since it is held at spring tension, the cutout flies open creating a large arc flash! If you can get an overload at that voltage to actually blow it, then I don't have to tell you how to be extremely careful !
