This very early lug eared power piece was originally used on a 10,000 volt power line to a mine near Georgetown Colorado. The construction of this line was trouble prone because the conductors weren't properly spaced, so it was dismantled only two years later, and apparantly the majority of these early insulators and other materials were recycled and reused at other locations within a 10 mile or so radius. At any rate, this has a couple shallow flakes I touched up in the crown area, as well as some roughness around the lugs, but no cracks, or major stuff, glue, etc. Very rare piece at a fraction of strictly mint value guide price of $95 plus $10 shipping.
