This insulator is dead mint with original cement, Not a scrach ding crack or blemish to be found . it was removed from an active 60 kV line around 1990 in Northern California only about 6 to 7 of these with Fred Locke markings are known to exist . This one has really nice color as well varying from sandy blond to rich golden tan it has marking 7-1 . The marking stamp is somewhat blurry but you can make out a few of the dates. feel free to make an offer. I can pack and ship it safely for around $75-80 I have owned this insulator for more then ten years and it has been a center piece in my personal collection . It was displayed in several displays at major shows, I recently upgraded to another one with a slightly better marking and color but it took twelve years to find a better one!
