Cute little Fred Locke tramp marked Fred M.Locke /Pat may 22 1894. The first line of the marking is burred . There are factory defect cracks in the wire groove from the manufacturing process. The only real damage is a small lower rim chip that was painted over and a glaze scuff on the upper wire rim edge .. This one definitely has a pretty glaze ! add another $9 for priority mail shipping. Allot more affordable then the one that just sold in Ray Klingensmith's catalog!!
