I saw this in an antique store last weekend in Greensboro, NC. Maybe some sort of street light hanger? I didn't buy it but figured I would pass the info along if anyone else is interested. Picture isn't great but the spools are avocado green and VNM. Store owner said $10.00 will get it. I'd be happy to help anybody who wants it.
