Not an insulator, but this broken locomotive coupler has been here for ages. Possibly since the 50's or 60's because it's painted black, and the only Santa Fe engines painted that color were the Zebra stripe diesels, and steam engines. If you look above the coupler, you can see the rim of the suspension i found in the water.
