Here is a beautiful purple signal (MLOB, MLOD [010]) in great condition.

There are 3-4 tiny pinhead sized white spots due to something impacted the glass as well as two small chips that appear very clean; I would associate these with open factory bubbles and not damage from use. There is also some light base flaking (especially around the mold line on the base) and a ½" long internal crack that begins in the base and extends upwards. The damage report sounds worse than the piece actually looks – This signal displays very well as you can see.
