Here's a view looking down the road. I imagine that once the dam is removed this transmission line will be too. I'm curious if during the deconstruction of the dam, will they use the step up substation as a step down to provide power to the site? There's an underground 7200 v line along part of the road but it stops at the ranger station a few miles before the dam.
