Very rare insulator that is a specimen. About 1/2 the piece and *possibly* could be repaired if someone can resin replicate the lower half. However, I know someone who might be able to do this fairly reasonably. If you cannot afford the 3,500-$4,000 for a complete one, at least you can own one!
