A great go with for the insulator/railroad crossover collector. A rare PEI brass railroad lock. Was found in a plowed field sitting on the surface in late 2010. Has some minor dings, both old and some recent from the years of being plowed around. The clasp was iron, and has rusted significantly although since drying out a lot of rust flaked off. Needs some TLD to get into displayable shape. The PEI RRwas renamed in the early 1900s, making this locks manufacture predate C. 1907. Asking $400 shipped, about half of what I'd ask were it mint and dug, a quarter of mint undug condition.
