This reminds me of something that might have been made by the "Brookfield boys" but is from Canada! It's a CD 102 with a bar on each skirt although kinda blotted out towards the base of the bar. The base color (you'll see some patches of it in the next picture) seems to be an unusual bright blue; not sure if it's a light Teal, or Cornflower, Turquoise etc. but the amber swirling is so thick and even it's difficult to take decent pics of it. These are the best I've managed in a number of tries over the past two years. There is one tiny clamshell ping on the dome, a wire rub, one pin prick and a small ping removing approx. 1/8" of glass off the base (visible in the 2nd pic as well).
