Ribbed bottom and would rate as V NM.Couple small chips off base corners and a small rainbow in the corner of the cutter opening that seems to have been from cooling as I do not see any physical damage to have caused it. To note that this also has light milk in the arch, a swash of silvery carbon in the base and on the ribbed bottom, some sandy glass bits from glass that was not melted when it was poured that is exposed from glass surface.
