Phew ! Tough to git on here tonight ! Lotsa good stuff ! Nice K.C.G.W. pieces from Ken !! ----- Here's a No Name CD 162 K.C.G.W. blot-out in light aqua. You can easily see the K.C.G.W. blot-out and there is a bar on both sides. King City guru Arlen Rienstra has told me that these are not very common pieces. The front displays mint but the rear upper WG lip has a large chip and the lower rear skirt has a thumbnail size chip. Poor annealing process during manufacture is a leading cause of damage for most King City insulators no matter what CD. This was found here in western PA. in a farmers dump along with about eight others. The best one in the find now sits amongst the peacocks, cobalts, ambers and threadless in my collection even though it's a relatively low dollar piece. Highly underated, I'll let this one go for $20.00 + shipping. First email that says' "I'll take it.". No PayPal. |
