This is a fuse strain from France made by either Folembray or L'Electro Verre.

I've had the one on the right for a couple years, but a different one popped up on eBay recently.

The new one is more of a medium green color, has smaller bolt holes, and has a slightly different fin profile.

The one on the left is from Uruguay.

All in all, I'm glad to add it to the collection.
