Here is a CD 154 Lynchburg with sharp drip points in a bluish aqua. It has a very minor pinhead size peck on top, a small paper thin flake at the skirt base that can be seen just past and below the G, another one like it a little bigger at the left mold line, and a couple of pinhead size ones scattered around the base. I am guessing these were caused during mold removal. I am asking $5.00 plus actual shipping to the lower 48.
