This American is another beautiful piece. The color is very hard to describe...It's not in the aqua range and not truely green. Thanks to another ICONer, this may be closer to LIME GREEN (unlisted)...it's closer to the apple green listed in the guide for the [020] EIN. Base chip takes out the "a" in Petticoat and the last part of the year "884" in 1884. The rest of the insulator is VNM with a few ticks of little consequence.
