I recently ran across some photos I took of a line that was being dismantled in the summer of 2006. This CSX line runs from Nashville, TN down to Stevenson, AL. The line had been taken down several years before beginning in Nashville to just south of Tullahoma, TN. For some reason, they left this section up another 8 or so years. The good news is that it gave me and a few friends time to get it hunted well enough to save most of the good stuff. This photo was taken in downtown Decherd, TN. Easy pickin's, but very little good stuff left.
