As you can see all of the inner skirt is there except for what would be a good-sized thumbnail chip if this piece was full size. The rest of the inner skirt is pretty good. As also noted, the skirt itself is damaged all the way around except for right underneath the letters IEL in BROOKFIELD on the front.
