Here you have the little tougher to find CD 163.4. It is embossed WHITALL TATUM CO. No4 over1 On the reverse side is MADE IN U.S.A. with a WT in a triangle. The color is a blue/aqua. There is one pin prick and one tiny wire groove chip. Along the base there is a small shallow flake. This particular insulator has a catalog value of $20 to $30. For this one I'd like $20 and I'll even pick up the shipping cost. Hard to believe that the price has to be dropped to $15 to find a new home for this piece. But that's just what I'm doing. $15 delivered.
