Nice green STAR 113 that has an inner skirt. Collage shows this piece, it's inner skirt and a normal STAR with no inner skirt. Apparently they overpoured and the excess glass squished out creating the inner skirt. Inner skirt has a shallow half moon chip to rear side that doesn't show and a small star fracture in rear skirt from a tiny potstone that is NGM.
