This is the distribution line in front of my house. Today noticed the center phase on the bottom crossarm sagging. Looking at the next pole (a double deadend) I discovered that the suspension insulator was broken. The only thing that's keeping this line up is it's connection to the jumper. Towards midspan it come close to the nuetral below it. See Next.
