The New Orleans Trilogy (not the food)! I have a Light Gray Purple, Light Gray Green, and Aqua CD 293s used in New Orleans around 1910. Due to New Orleans being in a 'bowl', in the early 1900s a system of pumps, canals, dams, and levies was created to drain New Orleans in case of a grat hurricane. CD 293s were used everywhere connecting the pump houses to the main power station (still standing!). The CD 293s are even still used today in New Orleans! Purple, Aqua, Green, etc. are in certain locations around the city. Seen in this picture are the CD 293s after hurricane Katrina! [id=236308091]
