I found 5 of what I believe to be Sapphire Blue 162.3s on a line here in Pennsylvania. All 7 insulators in this image have a single bar embossed on the dome (could just be a number 1?), but only 5 are what I believe to be Sapphire Blue. The other two are the standard aqua and they are the bottom right insulator and the 2nd from the left on the top. Against the white backdrop of a snowy day here in PA, these babies look nice and blue, even on the poles with soot all over em. You'll also notice some with nice amber stringers and one has amber AND snot on the pinhole.
