For sale here is a mint condition Brookfield CREB CD 145 and a Brookfield W.U.T. Co. 55 Fulton st CD 127 with just one BB ding for damage and that's it. On the inside of the pinhole, at the top, of the CD 127 is a strange "8" embossed. Highly unlikely this was meant to be put there as a number 8......but it sure does appear so.
