This is an AM TEL & TEL CO tramp base in Hemingray blue. It is also an unlisted error variant with embossing actually being /\M TEL & TEL CO (Note A missing middle bar) (R skirt) TWO PIECE TRANSPOSITION. Looked at the guide & checked 3 times to make sure I wasn't missing it & it's not listed. I have no idea if there's a top piece with the same embossing error or not. If there is and you have it, you're in luck then. Only issue with this is a base chip on resting edge which is shown in the side shot and it's under the mould line. Has the standard flaking and light chippage around the top pinhole opening. Needs the mate top. $15 + shipping.
