Here is a VNM yellow green CREB it is a [100] SN 10 the base is very crude I can't call it an underpour but it is wavy for sure. The only thing keeping it from mint is a faint wire rub on the back and a very small flea bite on the rear skirt.

This insulator is a good solid yellow green no aqua tones as in the picture I will let you return it if you are not satisfied less shipping.
